After close to a decade in the Ontario commercial roofing industry, I’ve seen firsthand where traditional inspections fall short. Too often, a casual look from a roofer misses the real story of a roof's condition. To find hidden moisture, they often have to perform invasive core cuts, creating new holes that can lead to future leaks. Property owners are left guessing about the true condition of their most critical asset. At the same time, a new problem has emerged: drone pilots who can capture a photo but lack the hands-on roofing experience to provide a meaningful analysis.

We deploy the right tool for the job—from high-resolution 4K drones for visual audits to thermal technology for advanced diagnostics. This approach, combined with my deep background in commercial roofing, ensures you receive not just pictures, but a truly thorough analysis.
